Every ARTIPLAQ™ is made just for you, so each one is truly one of a kind. Because your piece is custom-made, we're unable to accept returns.
Our mounting process is permanent, which is what makes ARTIPLAQ™ so durable and beautiful. For thatreason, we recommend using high-quality reproductions rather than irreplaceable originals or one-of-a-kind artwork.
We take a lot of pride in what we do and work hard to get every ARTIPLAQ™ just right. On the rare occasionsomething doesn't go as planned—whether it's a human or equipment hiccup—we'll do everything we canto make it right, including correcting the issue or helping secure a replacement print (up to $100).
Shipping mishaps are rare, but they do happen. If your ARTIPLAQ™ arrives damaged, just hang on to theARTIPLAQ™, the box, and all of the packaging materials and send us an email. We'll take it from there,arrange to have the package picked up, and get to work on your replacement as quickly as possible.
